    Sizing is a problem if you have a smaller head and their returns policy is prohibitive.

    I think the hats are adorable but they hit my ears at an unfortunate place which make them really uncomfortable to wear. The company only offer exchanges and will not allow returns. I don't want the other items that they said could work for me. I will be donating the hats and chalking it up to a bad purchase on my end but know that if you have a smaller frame they may not fit you well.
