Great Customer Service
I ordered this hat as a gift for my sister. Due to an issue with my mailing address, the hat got sent back. I reached out to customer service via email and they got back to me quickly and explained the situation and offered to reship the hat to a different address. Again, the issue was on my end and not their end. I was able to ship it directly to my sister’s house and she absolutely loves it. I was really impressed with the communication with the team and will order here again in the future.
